Title IV Administration

NCLB Title IV  Guidance for Title IV, including Information on application for and administration of funds,  is provided on the Nebraska Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities website and the U.S. Department of Education Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communities website.  

NDE Rule 10  Rule 10 provides guidance for school accrediation in the state of Nebraska.  Included in Rule 10 are provisions for school safety.

Consortium Advisory Meetings  All consoritum member schools are encouraged to send one or more staff representatives and to advisory meetings.   Recommendations for annual programs and information on grant and consortium administration are discussed at each meeting. 

Budget, Planning and Reportiing The ESU 10 SDFSC Consortium Coordinator, with ESU 10 staff support, manages the consortium planning and budget, including submission of the budget, plans, and reports to the Nebraska Department of Education Office for Safe and Drug Free Schools and Communitities.   Questions regarding budget, planning and reporting for local districts should be directed to the Nebraska Department of Education Office for SDFSC.
